First Week Decrease

is it normal to have like a decrease in speed and overall power (fatigued a bit) when starting a plyo program.

i started christians vertical program and finished week 1 and today i played ball for the first time this week and felt a bit slower and sluggish…is this normal for the first week?

is it a new stimulus? was it hard??

did you take time day(s) between the plyos and ball??

just like any new hard active stimulus sure its going to effect you more some then others

I’d encourage everyone to stop replying to his posts, until he completes 3 weeks of a program. He’s gotten all the advice from everyone, yet ignores everything and looks for the magic routine.

about to go do lower body (start of week 2)
