What about posting some real pictures and your diet and how you train?
Then you can get help and get in the right track early on how to archive your goals :slight_smile:

Look strong on that picture, training hard then cutting down it would be cool.

Pecs, traps, and shoulders need work. More pictures may tell a different story, but its hard to say.
