This will be my very first time using gear for weight lifting. I'm open to ideas and opinions of vets using gear out there. Hope I don't get flamed. Lol.
Been lifting for 5-6 years. The first 3-4 years are on and off. 1-2 years of consistent training
Wt: 180 lbs - (started lifting from 135-140 lbs at the age of 19)
BF: 15-16 % estimate
Diet: Clean to Moderate diet per week. Around 1-2 cheat days every 2-3 weeks.
Bench: 240 lbs x 1
DLift: 340 lbs x 1
Squat: 260 lbs x 1
OHP: 175 lbs x 1
Workout routine: I workout weekdays, including saturday if ever I missed a day of routine.
Goals: Break plats, keep the gains, look awesome.
Week 1 = DBOL 40 mg/d : Test En 500 mg/w (pin will be on Mon and Thur)
Week 2 = DBOL 30 mg/d : Test En 500 mg/w
Week 3 = DBOL 20 mg/d : Test En 500 mg/w
Week 4 = DBOL 20 mg/d : Test En 500 mg/w
Week 5 = Winstrol 100 mg/d (Sun,Weds,Fri) : Test En 250 mg/w (Mon and Thur)
Week 6 = Winstrol 75 mg/d (Su,W,F) : Test En 250 mg/w
Week 7 = Winstrol 50 mg/d (Su,W,F) : Test En 100 mg/w
Week 8 = Test En 50 mg/w
Week 1-8 = Arimidex 0.5 mg/d
Week 4-8 = HCG 250iu x 2 every week (Tue and Sat)
Week 9 = Nolva 40mg/d
Week 10 = Nolva 30mg/d
Week 11 = Nolva 20mg/d
Week 12 = Novla 10mg/d (if necessary)
