I got myself a pack of Spike capsules. As instructed, I took one capsule Sunday morning, one Monday morning, and one Tuesday morning.
Sunday, I felt pretty good. It wasn’t a “bouncing off the walls” feeling, but a sort of “focus.” Monday, I didn’t feel much different after taking the Spike. Tuesday, I didn’t feel anything at all.
Then, yesterday, I took 2 capsules at about 10:30 AM. At 12:00 PM, I was overhead pressing. I really didn’t feel much more energetic at all. When I did my ballistic training at 5:30 PM, it was nothing special.
My eating habits were the same. My sleep pattern was the same. But it just felt like it didn’t affect me. Should I try 3 capsules next?
