First Time Sheiko Routine

Hey I just had my first sheiko routine yesterday (Beginners 1)

And I liked it alot, I enjoyed doing exercises with a heavy amount of volume.

So, my legs and chest is pretty sore, which never happens to my chest, so I’m quite happy with this program. (I know that soreness doesn’t equal growth, but I still think it gives an idea if you worked hard.

Not much of a debate, I know :slight_smile:
