First Time Poster...Better Body

I recently started working again, and I want to lose about 10 lbs, get a little bigger and more cut in general.

Can anyone give me some advice on what to do?

Read the articles, then ask questions. You’ll get too many varied responses by asking such a broad thing, and it will be much better to read as much as you can and come to your own conclusions. If anything about what you’ve read is unclear, that’s different. But it’s best to do some research on your own.
