First Time Doing Jerks + Trying to Fix Snatch

90kg 1+2

80kg 1+2

40kg snatch third set

I realized I was swinging all of them and tried to correct

I kept the bar closer on those, but swung the last one and lost it behind

I realize that my split needs to be wider on the jerk, but I missed 220 because I couldn't stabilize it. So even though I should be able to jerk heavier, there's no point since the stabilizers aren't developed sufficiently.

Other than that I feel fairly comfortable with the clean and jerk. I feel like I'm getting under the cleans faster. Snatch feels terrible, but at least the bottom position is getting more comfortable.

How should I be training at this point?
