-describe body and facial hair: I wouldn’t say that I am “fat” by any means but i don’t have abs showing. I can grow a full beard.

-describe diet [some create substantial damage with starvation diets]: Intermitted fasting. 16 hours with 4 hours of under eating and 4 hours of over eating. My diet is just getting under control. I’ve had years of poor dieting before this.
-describe training [some ruin there hormones by over training]: Typically 4-5 days a week strength training. Once I start my cycle I will add 3-5 days of cardio.
-testes ache, ever, with a fever? No
-how have morning wood and nocturnal erections changed: No
In a few weeks I will be starting my first cycle of test. After extensive research and talking with some friends who themselves have taken cycles I was told that this would be a good start.
10 week cycle:
500 mg/week with aromasin
I have read a lot of people do things differently but I was going with someone who has experience. I guess I just want to know will this be ok or should I add arimidex or something else.
