First Test E Cycle Questions

Hey Guys

I am 23yrs old turning 24 in the next couple months, i have been training for approx 4yrs now and have decided to begin using steroids. I am 182cm tall and weigh 88kg with approx 12% body fat. I have recently come off a cut in which i started at 94kg in which i was consuming about 2400 calories a day, i use the calorie counter app for the calculations of my calories. My goal for this cycle is to put on as much lean muscle as possible, with aim to put on about 10lbs but also maintaining my body fat. Below is the first cycle i have come up with my research i just wanted to know if I’m missing anything or if anything should be changed.

1-12wk 500mg test e ( Wednesday and Sunday 250mg each day)

use of ai during cycle adex at .5mg every two days during cycle will taper down towards PCT(quite high dosage as i tend to store chest fat so i think i may be gyno prone, even at 12% body fat i have a little chest fat ill adjust if needed)

two weeks off then PCT
week 14-16 nolva 40mg ed and clomid 100mg ed
week 16-18 nolva 20mg ed and clomid 50mg ed

I also have a few question aswell in terms of diet i am currently consuming 2700cal i have been gradually increasing it every two weeks to avoid putting the fat back on i just wanted to know if i should keep doing that or should i just increase it too about 3500 when i begin my cycle.

cycle is good, as for the diet you just have to decide for yourself. I would personally just jump straight in to the 3500 and worry about fat later but different people want different things

Fat gain really sholdnt be a problem unless your diet is sloppy. Every body is different but dont waste your first cycle trying to stay “lean”. I dont try to stay lean it just happens while on cycle (see my handle).

Thanks for the responses, yeh i have decided I’m just going to eat as much as possible with approx 3500 calories with aim to maximize gains if i see I’m putting fat on I’ll just throw in some cardio. I’ll keep youse updated on how my cycle goes.

I would eat plenty of calories to gain as much as you can. Keep it clean to minimize fat gain.

Thanks for the advice mate looks like ill be eating lots of wholemeal pasta, rice and sweet potato. Just a question in regards to my pct do you think its ok? and also as its my first cycle how long does it take it approximately for your testosterone levels go back to normal after a cycle like this?

Thanks mate looks like I’ll be eating lots of sweet potato, rice and wholemeal bread. Just a quick question on my pct do you think its ok? and as its my first cycle how long would it take approx to get my test levels back up. Thanks for the help much appreciated.
