Hi everyone! This is my first post so please bear with me if I’m posting this in the wrong section.
I’m 22 years old and have been training and dieting consistently for 5 years, I’m 5ft 10, 165lbs, approximately 9% bodyfat. I feel I’m very close to or may have even reached my maximum genetic potential, therefore I feel the time to try my first cycle has finally come.
During this cycle I plan on cutting and focusing on maximal fat loss while maintaining or possibly improving strength and muscle mass.
Now that we have everything else out of the way, let’s get on with the cycle:
Weeks 1-8: 230mg Test Cypionate E4D (that’s 400mg per week)
Post Cycle Therapy/Taper:
Week 1 - 100mg Test E
Week 2 - 90 mg Test E
Week 3 - 75mg Test E
Week 4 - 50mg Test E
Week 5 - 50mg Test E & 40mg/Nolva/Day
Week 6 - 25mg Test E & 30mg/Nolva/Day
Week 7 - 20mg/Nolva/Day
Week 8 - 10mg/Nolva/Day
As for Aromatase Inhibitors during the cycle, I’ve been hearing very mixed opinions. is it necessary for a simple cycle like this one?
