Hey, like the line in the movie... long time listener first time caller. I've finally scraped up enough bucks to try out some Hot Rox. Well, I scraped up enough bucks by not paying my phone bill, but I don't really want to talk to bill collectors anyway. Screw 'em. I'm going to drop my other bills by the wayside and try other products if these ones work well for me.
Anyhow, I'm in my mid 30's and sit on my ass all day at the job, so some metabolism help would be great. I've been working out for just over a year now and I really miss the easy weight loss or strength gains. I do pay pretty close attention to my nutrition, but good sources of protein aren't cheap.
Last year I dropped about 50-60 pounds before I hit some type of equilibrium and then slowly put on a bit of weight, presumably muscle. I consider this a good base and would like to get in very good shape for this summer -- so I'm planning ahead and giving myself lots of time.
Now, step back from those damned cookies, candies, cakes, pies and other shit!
