if this is your first cycle, then i'd avoid the bridge... it only adds to suppression. anymore, most guys that are "on" all the time will cruise on 250 mg (approx) of test a week.
anyway, the cycle itself looks decent, if your goal is 10 lbs or so. doubling the test will give you a lot more gains in size, though. but if you're an athlete hoping to gain largely strength with a little size, then this should work well for you...
as far as the PCT, i agree that if should begin about 2 weeks after you stop the test.
20 mg of nolva a day typically works well.
