both look ok in option two id add some form of carb even fruit, id also suggest getting the stuff ready the night prior make it easy on yourself

these look great, make it extra virgin olive oil

if you nopt for the gatorade read the label and bedt to go with the powdered form, many are using sweetners high in fructose

good fats here???

id add some fish oils and looks solid bro, get variety in your veggies etc maybe add some fats to that last meal as well.

best of luck,
Phill

thank you so much for the help!!! i appreciate it!!

no prob
