Training for four years. Im 5’11’’ 242lbs and fluctuate from 13-17% body fat. I usually have four visible abs and a tire. I havent been under 200lbs since the 7th grade. I have alot of extra skin from being 300lbs and close to 35%body fat in high school shit it was almost 5 years ago.

This is my first real cycle and I am pushing to do it because I would rather fill the loose skin with muscle than get the $18-$29 thousand surgery to remove my extra skin. It also makes me much more confident being in shape but still sucks w the extra skin.

Stats
Bench - 135x12 185x10 225x10 315x8
Squat and Deadlift - I stay light weight and focus on form.

Usually lift all freeweights and bars and finish each workout with 20 mins of cardio.
