I’ve been reading into creating a nutrition plan for the past three days. It’s just not working, i need the planets to aline or something haha. I am following one of Thib’s formulas for newbie nutrition.
I’m 5’7", 155 lbs, ectomorph trying to gain muscle.
10%-20%= 3,466-3,781 Calories
I am planning on doing a high carb (80%-90%) low fat (10%-20) plan
Protein= 193-232 Grams
Fat= 31- 63 Grams
Carb= 570- 641 Grams
So now that I have obtained this information, what should my next step be? Picking and choosing foods can have endless possibilities. I was trying to just pick healthy foods off the top of my head but I can’t get the numbers to line up. Please help
