I've decided to start a log of my workouts so that maybe I can get some feedback on what I'm doing. I've noticed that many of the more experienced lifters on here with logs train in a progressive fashion with their sets (eg. benchpress: 135x10, 185x8, 205x8, 225x8) while I have always done something more like 225x8, 225x7, 225x7, 225x6, repping out every set which I feel is what's hindering my progress and possibly overtraining. Please feel free to critique my workouts, I have been doing my main lifts following the 5/3/1 scheme.
Height - 6'
Weight - 192-193lb
Lifts I've hit in the past week:
Deadlift: 360 for 6
Bench press: 230 for 6
Military press: 150 for 5
Squats: 285 for 6
Tomorrow is leg day and I will post up what I did after the session.
