I am completing in my first Highland games in Costa Mesa on the 24th and 25th.
I was wondering if there are any special footwear recommendations (aside from hammer spikes) from people who have competed. I usualy just train in Chucks.
Where in costa mesa, I live near there.
It’s at the Orange County Fairgrounds. I’m making a move down near there this weekend so I figured I might as well throw myself into the thick of it.
