I thought I’d share a video of my first ever widowmaker set from today. Absolutely brutal, I can easily say that was the hardest workout I’ve ever done. I thought I was gonna throw up at one point.
This was with 65kg - no doubt it’s light to some but it absolutely kicked my arse. Roll on next week!
