Well this morning was my first Meltdown workout, and I must say it was not as bad as I anticipated, but nonetheless pretty humbling. I don’t think I used enough weight on squats as I hit all three sets of ten. On the others I did pretty well on the first two giant sets. Pull-ups were 9,8 and 5 with a maximum hold at the end and then when I got to the push-ups on set three, I basically collapsed to the floor after my fifth rep. Grip gave out a bit on the last set of deads as well so reps ended up a bit short. The soccer-moms and seniors were looking at me like I was completely insane, and I loved every second of it! Not easy to do this program at six in the morning, but you do what you gotta do, so to those of you who are bitching about not having enough time, BULLSHIT! Off to do the rope intervals now…peace.
