First Cycle Workout

I am starting my first cycle in about 4 weeks and wanted to know what you experienced guys found better. A one body part a day split or multi-body part split?
I was thinkin about a five day split of:
Chest
Back
Legs
Shoulders
Arms
off
Repeat cycle

Curious to see what everyone thinks.

more than likely you will be overworking your arms…espically if you do alot of rows and or deadlifts on back day.
