First Cycle (Test E) Any Advice?

I'll start off with my stats.

Age: 22
Ht: 5'6
Wt: 140 lbs

Heres my proposed cycle(Test E):

Wk 1-10: 300mg Test E weekly
Wk 1-12: .75mg Adex EOD (prone to E sides)

PCT

Wk 13: Nolva 20mg 2x/day
Wk 14-16: Nolva 20mg/day

uhm, you don’t seem like you’re ready for a cycle…

now i will admit, i’ve known several wrestlers and powerlifters your size that were strong as shit, but could you clarify with your diet, training regimen and experience?

as far as the cycle, the test dose is a bit low, unless you are in fact an athlete/p-lifter trying to keep weight down.

as far as the A-dex, if you’re prone to estrogen issues, i’d suggest running the a-dex every day but start at .25-.5 mg, and adjust as necessary. while EOD dosing works for some, even with a higher dose you’re not gonna see the stable levels you would from everyday dosing…

Thanks for replying. I pinned Monday and took your advice and running .25 mg of adex daily. So far I may feel a little more energetic and maybe a bit more appetite but nothing serious since it hasn’t even been a full week yet and it’s a long ester. This week I did a 5 day split Mon-Fri I’m not sure if I’m going to hit chest again Saturday I think I will as long as my tris aren’t sore but they probably will be so may take a rest. I’m 140 but my physique looks pretty good as I’m short. Will post a before and after pic after this cycle.

How do you know hour prone to e if this is your first cycle?
Also run it at 500 a week and for 12 weeks not 10.
