Whats up guys…I have been doing a lot of research on training/nutrition ,and I will continue to do so because I am still learning. I have been training for a little shy of 2 years and I just started my first cycle of Dbol and Test E.
I just finished my first week and I am beginning to feel the strength gains, but I really want a stricter diet plan as well as a better training schedule to ensure that I maximize my cycle and that I’m doing everything right. If some of you guys could shine some light on a few of these things I mention that would be awesome.
Dbol wk 1-4 at 35mg ED
Test E 300 at 500mg a week (250 Monday and 250 Friday)
What muscle groups to train together, Lifting heavy low reps vs high volume…Should i stick to a compound lifting plan or keep training muscles together? Calorie intake, Dirty vs clean bulk, supplements to run along with cycle (fish oils, etc…)
I currently weigh 163 lbs, 22 yrs old (yes I’m aware of the risks that come along) and my current stats are as follows (yes I know its weak) haaa.
I do have my PCT set already and am aware of how important it is to follow up with the post, but just to verify I should be running Nolva and Clomid at what exactly and how long?
