Hello everyone! So I've done my research, got my gear connection and I'm ready to start my first cycle. I want to keep it simple as possible, work hard, eat big and grow like never before. This site has influenced me greatly and I really appreciate the input you experienced and serious lifters have.
Ok so a little about myself,
I'm 26, 6'1, 199lbs, 12% BF, been eating around 5-6000 calories a day and training extremely hard 6 times a week.

Weeks 1-10; 250mg enanthate twice weekly
Weeks 1-10; .25 adex EOD
Weeks 12-14 20mg Nolvadex EOD
