Hey guys had a question about a first cycle. Originally I was going to try 500mg Test E only for 10 weeks, but my buddy recommended I start lower and do about 250mg every week or every 2 weeks. Basically I am only concerned with recovery and performance for martial arts comps and don't really need to put on that much more muscle mass. I want to do the safest route as much as I can. My question is, would 500 mg a week be fine or should I start extremely low and go from their. Ive read all the beginners stickies and have a good handle on those protocols, just trying to figure out what protocol I would use for the lower doses that are not based on bodybuilding. Any suggestions would be great! Thanks!
