I started my first cycle of test c last week. Tomorrow will be my 4th injection. Test c 250 mg a injection. What is a good pct for me to take? Plan on running 10 weeks.

Why do people start a cycle without a well thought out pct? I’ve actually had gear for the last 4 months but haven’t even used it yet, because I want to make sure I have everything in place. Do you plan on using a AI? So far for pct I have nolvadex planned on 40/40/20/20. But I might also use some aromasin.
