After doing my research and asking around a couple of people, I came to the conclusion of doing Test E only cycle for my first cycle. My main goal is not to gain size or muscle but become stronger on my lifts, and maybe loose some bf. I am looking for suggestions on my cycle and anything you’ll maybe do different. Also, I am an avid runner. When ever I am not lifting I like to go for long runs or work on sprints. Power lifting is my main goal.
BF: around the 20. Not too sure since I once weight 260 of pure fat, and lost the weight rapidly. That and I have a big lower body.
10" Box Squat: 370
Lifting for about 10 years now.
Weeks 1-10: 500mg Test E every week, 250mg twice a week.
Weeks 1-10: 400ui HCG everyweek twice a week 200 every week.
Wait 2 weeks after last injection
Thanks. Also, I play on buying an extra bottle of Nolvadex just in case of gyno through out the cycle.
Also, my other question is if I can mix HCG and Test E into the same syringe when injecting. I been gatting different thoughts on this. Thanks.
