Experience: 3+ years
Diet: 3500-4500 calories. All clean eating 250g protein 225+ grams of carbs and 30g fat. 7 clean meals a day.
Training: 30 minute-hour cardio at 5 am and I follow Layne Norton's Power Hypertrophy Adaptive Training routine for my evening sessions.
I've never taken any steroid. My friend suggested oral Anadrol for 4-6 weeks with no PCT. Based on what I've read on these forums, that probably isn't a great idea. I would prefer not to use needle until I get more comfortable with the use of them. I am definitely getting something. What should it be. My goal is to add 5+ lbs. Help me out here. Not looking for people telling me not to take anything. Just going for a 4-6 week on/off/on/off/on/off cycle probably.
