Whoops, I put it in the wrong topic area. Anyway, I was wondering what a good first cycle would be for me. I weight 228, and 28 yrs old. 15-18% bodyfat, and concerned about hairloss. Training for 3.5 years very regularly. I can get anything, but I am not sure what to get. My goal is to put on 10 pounds lean mass, and get shredded.
I look to you for some help and direction.
