First off, some stats.
25 years old, been lifting consistently for 2 years. Training mostly for powerlifting for 1 of those years. I'm 6'6" 275 pounds. Probably 25-30% body fat, not quite sure. My best ever lifts were 415 squat, 405 for a triple, 545 deadlift (this was done last year at a body weight of ~255), and 305 bench. All done on different days in the gym, still have not done a meet yet.
So what I was thinking is starting with something that would mainly help with recovery and gaining strength. I'm not looking to put on a huge amount of mass in a short time. Thoughts?
