First Cycle Criqtique

OK, so I am going to be starting my first cycle. I want a critique of my full plan. Here it is:

Stats

Bench: 195

Deadlift: 315

Squat: 300

Cycle

500mg of Test-E e3.5d for 16 weeks

12.5mg of Aromasin e3.5d, starting on 3rd pin. Switch to 6.25
e3.5d during PCT.

PCT (Incase I decide not to BnC)

Nolvadex 20/20/20/20/20/20 every morning.

Clomid 25/25/25/25/25/25/25 every night.

6.25 Aromasin e3.5d

calling /u/Jcaesar369 to make sure this is a good protocol, and if the AI throughout PCT is a good idea.

Diet

400cal surplus on training days.

250cal surplus on rest days.

Around 200g or less of carbs, targetted around workouts.

Little to no carbs on rest days.

I am aiming to lean bulk. I’m trying to avoid carbs and only eat them around my workouts. I bloat really bad when I consume a large amount of carbs, so this is what I prefer.

Here’s what you should do - start eating.

Train for another five years before you start fucking around with your HPTA.

Then, if you still want, run that cycle with some hcg, drop the Clomid in the PCT (I’ve read you don’t need both).
