I've been bulking for the past few months using a gallon milk a day. Needless to say I've gained some body fat so I'm planning my first cutting cycle to start next month.
I'll be using a 3x5 push,pull,legs split with interval sprints after my upper body days and barbell complexes after my lower body day. I plan on cutting my calories by 300-500 per day and eliminate as much milk from my diet as I can. I'll also be running a cycle of H drol for 5 weeks while I cut.
I've never actually "cut" before so I was just wondering if there's anything glaringly wrong with what I have planned?
