Well, I entered my first fitness competition this sunday. I live in Norway and we have athletic fitness competitions here, so we do rowing and dips as well as the normal posing round.
I bombed out on the rowing and dips and got 4th in the symmetry round (posing). 5th place overall.
It was a lot of fun and next time I will bring my legs up (weak point) and train more for the rowing and dips. I entered this kinda on a whim, so the pre-contest training could have been planned a lot better.
