Hello CT or others, I’m hopefully going to the Fire Academy later this year. I’d like some tips on how to train. Currently I’ve got some fat to lose but also don’t want to lose my current strength if possible. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
CT’s Athlete Lean Athlete Strong program and add some incline walking 4-6 days a week.
