Fraud. He should be fired.
I saw him on WBZ this morning. First time I heard about it, but I don’t feel sorry for him at all. Sounds like he faked his injury so he could diet down without risking injury or fatigue at work.
Not mentioned in the article above (I didn’t search hard enough anyway) is that Arroyo felt like his coworkers betrayed him because they saw the video and told his boss. Well if I were his coworker and knew what he was doing while he was on PAID disability leave, I’d blow the whistle on him too. I’m the one busting my ass on the job, and it’s BOSTON, not a small town that gets a fire once a month at most.
