Hey all, recently just finished my 500mg per week Sust cycle, this was my first ever cycle. Am waiting around 2-2.5 weeks to start PCT. I am going to maintain training intensity and caloric intake. Ive put on about 12 pounds and all strength increased nicely.
My question is, is it inevitable that i will lose a large amount of my gains and is there any tips out there that will enable me to keep a larger percentage of them
