I hadn’t heard of Isomaltulose before, but it seems like a solid foundation for FINiBARs.
Isomaltulose, the first ingredient on the FINiBAR label is also known as Palatinose… Here are some key points of interest about it:
It helps with beta-oxidation (ie fat oxidation)
It is is non-carcinogenic
It is low-glycaemic and low-insulinemic.
