Heya, I’ve been trying to improve my grip strength and so far I’ve been using mostly plate and bar lifts. To add some variety, I’m considering the Ironmind Eagle and Outer Limit Loops. If you use these loops, let me know how they’re working out for you.
Very good shit. A dude at my gym ordered the loops from IRONMIND. Ive been using it for two weeks and I swear my grip is improving. It hurts like hell on your pinkie finger.
I HAVE BOTH. EAGLE LOOPS I USE MOSTLY FOR CHINS AND THEY WORK WELL FOR FINGER STRENGTH.THE OUTER LIMIT LOOPS I DO ONE HAND LIFTS WITH ALL FINGERS AND ALSO 1 FINGER AND THUMB AT A TIME.THEY ARE WORTH GETTING IF YOUR INTO GRIP TRAINING.
