Im in my 4th week of a cycle of Enanth-250mg/ml and Tren E-200mg/ml and i take a half a ml each(combined) twice a week (i was told to do this by someone). How much dosage should i really be taking? And can i cange the dosage now that i have already started?
I am 6’ and 230 plds with 20% bf.
