I want to find a new way to bench like I know the 5’s where you go up 5 times and reps of 5’s and the pyramid I’m just want to try some thing different to boost up my bench up.

There is a lot of different ways to get your bench up. It completely depends on you. You can do singles, do a lot of assistance lifts, work on your technique etc.
Next time though, don’t use jack in your word choice.
