Hey all. I live in California, but I’ve been charged with finding a good trainer for my 14 year-old stepbrother, who lives in Houston. Anyone have any suggestions as to how I could go about finding one? I already got a couple of names off the NSCA website (they have a small database of NSCA-certified trainers), and I’ll call and quiz those guys, but otherwise I’m totally at a loss as to how to find really qualified people. Thanks so much for your help.
I live in Houston and do personal training on the side. Perhaps the mod can give you my e-mail. But really, if your stepbrother is self-motivated he can learn all he needs to know from this site.
Zev: Roger Applewhite, a nationally recognized Trainer and Model is in Houston. His PERSONAL services are probably pretty high, but I’m sure he can recommend a good trainer in Houston. (I think you’ll recognize him when you see his face and read his bio).
