Finally Got Bench Technique Right

Impossible to answer really, but I think it should primarily feel “strong” / “natural” / “right”. While very vague I think it is the best way to describe it. It shouldn’t feel awkward and forced. Doesn’t mean it should feel overly comfortable.

I think this is one of those topics that deserves more attention than it gets, simply because finding the right technique/setup is THAT important for maximal performance.
