to a good solid lifting program...
well finally tomorrow im going to be able to pick up my wieghts and get back into the good life.
in the inturim, ive been doing body weight excersizes. but its just not the same as pushing the weights.
finishing up going through a divorce so everything has been f&*ked up for awhile now. but i have managed to keep up with pretty good nutrition, taking the sups, keeping the fats low and the protien high.
im really looking forward to feeling good again.
