Last week training before a down week. My National Bench Champs are on October 11th
This week I did 2 heavy days (rough MM style but nothing specific)
Worked up wave loading today and on monday,
Monday was raw bench with 165, 175, 185, 167.5, 177.5, 187.5 all for a single. Then Friday was 2board press (closegrip) with the shirt was 175, 185, 195, 180, 190, 200
Now I have one backdown day and Im all set.
And then get my mental state work up so I can work well on the day.
Thinking of a starting weight of 185, then go for 200 and see how I go from there, 205-210.
But I gotta get the 185 touching my chest properly…
