OK I am getting ready to give er for the first cycle (finally). I have all my gear and supplements but any fedback on dosing is appreciated.
W 1-6 OT 40mg ED
W 1-9 Primo 600mg/w (inj 2x/w)
W 10-12 Primo taper down by half each week
W 13-16 TRIBEX Gold, Carbolin 19, creatine, Beta7
W 1-16 Protein shakes during the day, meals every 3 hours, Surge pre and post workout with BCAA, Fish oil and multivit daily.
Mon/Wed - Weights
Tues/Thurs ? Cardio or rugby practice
Fri ? rest
Sat ? Rugby Game or weights
Sun - rest
I am 220lbs right now at about 16%bf. My plan is to do mostly compound movements for the weights to hit the large groups and really work on stamina and strength.
My goal is to put on about 10lbs muscle and lean out a bit. I also want to improve my speed.
Any feedback is welcome (other than, “ya gotta add some test bro” cause I am saving that for the next cycle).
