Filling the Shirt!

Now that I have started training , I have made some gains but I still don’t have the fill up packs. The kind of pecks that fill up t shirts. I would describe my pecks as now as rather saggy. I do bench press, incline and flies. Is there anything I should do ? A specific exercise,
training method?

push ups … daily

how long have you been training and eating properly?

I hope you’re working your back and shoulders, too, if you want to fill out your t-shirts.

Get bigger or buy smaller shirts.

If you’re only doing those, maybe you need a good training program.
