Fill In Foods for Specific Macros

I’m considering starting up macro counting again. One of the more tedious bits of counting was filling in and finishing off the remaining macros for the day.

So I was wondering if you guys had any favourite foods or ways for filling in macros. Say for fat > olive oil

But as a general list of food sources, I stand by them.
