Figure Training

I’m working back to back with my girlfriend to focus on Figure. She is training from 2 years ago, and I upload the last change made. She is still in progress. Obviously we are thinking long term goals and we have to work hard.

We were working in some samples and specializations (shoulders) from you and she respond so well your type of training and techniques.

I would like ask you if you can help me how to design shoulders specialization, as we want to focun on them. I listen any recommendation, cause I would like to evolve from you guidelines.

She currently stay on:

2-3 Plazma
2 scoops Mag-10 fisrt thing in the morning and PWO
8 Micro Pa
6 Indigo
