I had no idea where to post this. I am a long time viewer and finnaly got a account. I was just wondering. Me and my cousin last night where like shoot wrestling/fighting. Rolling on the ground tryin to make one another tap out. Well afterwards, I felt a huge pump in my arms and forearms. And I was wondering, why this has happened? Can anyone help me here?
You probably aren’t used to all the grabbing/holding/pulling involved. It requires more grip strength that people initially think.
Yeah, I was moving around a big 300 pounder, but it hit me after that. I mean, I felt like I had more power then I thought. And I am doing nothing when working out. I can do so much more I think, and I will use it now!
