how to progress in dumbbells im doing fierce 5 upper/lower split but i cant use barbells because my right arm was fractured (radial bone part) so i cant straight my arm so i have to use dumbbells instead so im asking how to progress in dumbells every 2 weeks add 5lbs? or same as the barbells?
Go up weight when you are ready to do so. Don’t rush the progression so you can’t complete the reps. When you can do written sets/reps with relative ease you can go up weight.
