im running fierce 5 upper lower split as of now and today is my rest day. i enjoy the program but why does the program does’nt have abwork? should throw some abwork? or i should just do the program as is? because the squat and deadlift engage my core and its enough?
Which part of “Do the program as is” is escaping you?
Just do it the way it is written to do for at least 6 months. See if you need ab work or whatever after that
